Jug of tin-glazed earthenware. Globular body, narrow neck with expanding mouth, short spout (not original), spreading foot and wavy loop handle; painted in dark blue, greenish-blue, yellow and manganese-purple. On each side of the bodyn is a leafy spray terminating in a bud on a ground of short strokes; beneath the spout is a lobed device and on either side of the handle there is a vertical band of hatched lines.

Physical description
Jug of tin-glazed earthenware. Globular body, narrow neck with expanding mouth, short spout (not original), spreading foot and wavy loop handle; painted in dark blue, greenish-blue, yellow and manganese-purple. On each side of the bodyn is a leafy spray terminating in a bud on a ground of short strokes; beneath the spout is a lobed device and on either side of the handle there is a vertical band of hatched lines.
