Brief description
Muffin dish, silver-gilt, Edward Farrell, 1818.
Physical description
Silver-gilt muffin dish with a raised border within which rests a domed cover surmounted by a large sculptural handle composed of a flower, a seed pod, a bee and a hawk with outstretched wings. Both pieces are densely embossed overall and with the arms of Frederick, Duke of York.
