This octagonal bronze medal depicts Napoleon in profile with the inscription 'Emperor and King'. On the reverse side there is an oval shield with a monogram flanked by branches of oak and laurel with a shield above and a cross below. It is signed 'Droz'.

Medal, bronze, octagonal. Obv., profile head of 'Napoléon Empereur et Roi.' Rev., an oval shield with a monogram flanked by branches of oak and laurel. Above the shield is a lamp, and below it a cross.
