There is a pleated blue georgette stand-up collar. The under-dress is of white silk with elbow-length blue silk sleeves trimmed with narrower looped silk fringe. The skirt flounce is trimmed like the skirt on the bodice, which in wear would show beneath. A gathered cream net modesty vest trims the bodice.
