This is a bronze medal made before 1493 by Maffeo Olivieri (active 1527) in Venice, Italy. The obverse of this medal represents the laureated bust of Augusto da Udine and the reverse shows Urania. Augusto da Udine was a poet and astrolger.
Urania in Greek mythology is the muse for astronomy and astrology. She can fortell the future by the constellation of the stars. She is sometimes depicted with a globe in her hands. She usully gazes up into heaven. Many astronomical observatories carry her name (Berlin, Vienna, Budapest, Zurich, Antwerp).

There is an electrotype copy of this medal (inv. no. 1857-124). It was bought from the Soulages collection in 1865.
