This is a bronze medal made in Italy, about 1490, and attributed to Lysippus. The obverse of this medal represents Caterina Sforza, the lady of Forli and Imola. The reverse shows Fortune on a globe.

The Sforza family was a ruling family in Milan in the Renaissance from the mid-15th century, following the Visconti family and followed by the Spanish Habsburgs about a century later.
