This is a bronze medal made by Giovanni Boldu in Venice, Italy, in 1458. The obverse of this medal represents Giovanni Boldu himself, trested in the antique style with name and country in Greek character. The reverse shows a seated youth and Putto with a skull.
Giovanni Boldu was a Venetian painter, active between 1454 and 1475.
