Bowl of lead-glazed earthenware, painted in colours and decorated with gilding in imitation of Japanese Imari ware. Painted outside with flowers in red, green and manganese-purple, in panels surrounded by gilt scrolls, and reserved in white on a blue ground. Inside are plants with gilt scrolled stems in shaped blue panels alternating with flowers in red.
