Centrepiece of cream-coloured earthenware (Queen's ware), consists of a tazza with flat tray and spreading foot supporting a vase. The body of the vase is baluster-shaped with fluted neck and spreading foot rising from a base with eight incurved sides; round the shoulder are six hooks for suspension of baskets, springing from goats' heads in relief, and round the mouth are six other hooks formed by acanthus leaves turned over. The vase has a stopper in the form of a pineapple. The details are picked out in blue and green, and round the edge of the tray is a border of hyacinths on a continuous stem in blue, green and black.
