Cup and saucer of lead-glazed earthenware, with gilt rims. The cup has no handle; both pieces are transfer-printed in underglaze blue with a Chinoiserie scene of a man and child walking and a boy riding a buffalo in a landscape. Round both rims is a diaper pattern border.
