Pot and cover of earthenware with lead glaze. The glaze is probably iron and manganese. Roughly cylindrical with rounded bottom. High domed lid. Four handles with scrolly terminals, four interspersed double-scrolls. The lid with crown knop and covered with double-scroll and knop-like applied ornament. Impressed star and cross-hatched circles of various sizes are used on both body and lid, while the rim is inscribed with punched dots 'MT 1702'.

Wassail bowl and cover of greyish earthenware with treacle-coloured lead glaze and impressed, incised and applied decoration. English (probably Wiltshire), dated 1702.

Pot and cover of earthenware with lead glaze. The glaze is probably iron and manganese. Roughly cylindrical with rounded bottom. High domed lid. Four handles with scrolly terminals, four interspersed double-scrolls. The lid with crown knop and covered with double-scroll and knop-like applied ornament.
