Posset pot of red earthenware, with applied moulded devices and relief decoration in white slip. Between the handles are the initials 'E.C.' and 'I.E.' Globular with slightly spreading mouth and two double loop handles set close to each other. The decoration consists of rosettes, a unicorn under a crown, a fleur-de-lys and bands of dots and stripes.

Physical description
Posset pot of red earthenware, with applied moulded devices and relief decoration in white slip. Between the handles are the initials 'E.C.' and 'I.E.' Globular with slightly spreading mouth and two double loop handles set close to each other. The decoration consists of rosettes, a unicorn under a crown, a fleur-de-lys and bands of dots and stripes.
