This is a bronze medal made in Florence, between 1482 and 1495 and ascribed to Adriano Fiorentino. The obverse of this medal shows Angelo Cato, Archbishop of Vienne, and the reverse shows Apollo beneath a laurel tree.

Adriano Fiorentino (active 1488-99) was an Italian sculptor. Like his collaborator Bertoldo di Giovanni, he may have started his working life as a servant in the house of Lorenzo de’ Medici.
