This is a uniface bronze medal made in the 16th century in Germany. This medal has only the obverse which represents the bust of the Emperor Charles V., with inscription.

Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor (1500 Ghent – 1585 Yuste, Spain), was in 1530 crowned Holy Roman Emperor by Pope Clement VII in Bologna, the last Emperor to receive a papal coronation.
