Physical description
Pen and ink and pencil drawing on card of a dolls' house with its door open to reveal a partial view of two rooms inside. In the upstairs room four female dolls have a tea party. The lower room is a kitchen. A scullery maid doll stands outside the dolls' house; a miniature dustpan and brush rests on the edge of the dolls' house floor. The open door to the dolls' house can be seen to the right of the dolls' house beyond which is a room with an armchair and table in a lattice bay window. In the foreground, in front of the open dolls' house is a coal scuttle full of pieces of firewood. The drawing is highlighted in white within a pencil border.
