Printed with a design based upon a pinball-machine title screen and depicts a pin-up female figure in a purple top hat and mini-dress trimmed with red feathers, kneeling on a large globe surrounded by pinball score wheels and slogans. Printed in pale blue, mauve, red, yellow and black on a white ground.
