Full-length white cotton waist-petticoat. Downwards from the knee is trimmed with bands of machine-embroidered net and whitework embroidery. Pink silk ribbon is threaded through the whitework embroidered channels, with extended bows hanging loose. There is a band of machine lace at the bottom of the skirt. Fastening with mother-of-pearl buttons.
