This bracelet has an unusual design of interlocking links which produces a spiralling pattern along the upper and lower edge. Its bold contrasting of gold and platinum was also used in Tiffany & Co. watch cases of similar date.

By the 1890s Tiffany & Co. had achieved international recognition for their jewellery and silver wares, which had respectively won a Grand Prix and Gold Medal at the Paris Exposition of 1889. In 1892 they were to open a branch in London at 221/221a Regent Street.

Physical description
Bracelet of alternating gold and platinum links which from above and below form a series of spirals. The clasp consists of two undulating gold flourishes with applied platinum highlights, attached across the middle.
