Autochrome portrait of a young woman in a dress with a rose pinned to her lapel. On the left of the image is a mirror, giving a profile view of the sitter. Two glass plates sandwiched together and taped around the edges, with black card used to mask the emulsion plate, changing the orientation from landscape to portrait. Some of the emulsion on the bottom edge of the image is slightly degraded and cracking but stable.
