Bingo jacket made of black wet-look PVC with the front and sleeves covered in pockets of brightly coloured felt appliqué of Bingo numbers ranging from 1-19. Jacket has curved lapels, and is double-breasted with right side fastening. Back of the jacket is plain with a curved yoke and slightly flared skirt. It is fully lined.
