Physical description
Picture with painted and sprayed cotton gaberdine ground. Machine embroidered with whip stitch and hand embroidered with French knots and couched gold gilt threads. Embroidered with cotton and silk threads in shades of green, yellow, brown, mauve and blue. The outer rim is sprayed with bright orange gloss and the inner rim is sprayed in matte colours of pink and orange merging to yellow and green in the centre.
A design of a clump of trees with slender trunks emerges from a flowery field. A blossom strewn half circle springs from the tree tops. It has a black mount.
