He went on to make a wide range of models for films such as Star Wars and set up his own model making business, Art Models Ltd., producing models for further films, television, museums and exhibitions.

Plaster pattern of a doll's head, made for Pedigree by Fred Pearl, ca.1950-ca.1969.
Physical description
Plaster cast pattern for the head of a doll. The mould is solid and has been varnished inconsistently in a two different colour brown varnishes. The doll has moulded facial features but no hair. There is a prominent seam running through the side of the head.
