Prototype plastic rhinoceros figure for Noah's ark set, Fred Pearl, 1970s, English
Physical description
Toy rhinoceros figure pattern. Dark grey moulded plastic on two red free wheels, used in the model making process, which will later be removed to complete the finished toy figure has a visible seam through the cross section of the animal where the two parts of plastic have been fixed together. The animal's body is moulded in detail with sculpted muscular forms, textured skin and facial details, including a white horn. Prototype toy.
