Prototype plastic lion figure for a Noah's ark set, Fred Pearl, ca.1960- ca.1969, English

Toy lion figure pattern. Textured orange brown coloured plastic with large moulded mane detail, denoting a male The lion is standing up and is attached to two fixed plastic wheels which are fromed during the mould making process, and will be removed when the toy is finished. The figure has a visible seam through the cross section of the body where the two parts of plastic have been fixed together. The body is moulded in detail with sculpted muscular forms and well observed facial details. This is a prototype toy.
