Man's nightcap of crimson silk velvet, the crown lined with black glazed linen. It is made of a rectangle of velvet, folded into 4 peaks at the crown, which has a long narrow cone of velvet, pinked at the opening and stitched down to the cap. The brim is separate and shaped into a peak front and back and lined with figured blue silk.
