The interior furniture and accessories for her dolls' house were created by Ruth Bollers, a Guyanese student attending the London College of Furniture in 1992. The colours used to varnish the furniture has been made using non-toxic wood dyes.

Object history note

The Guyanese house and furniture was originally part of Faith Eaton's collection. The house is featured in the book Ms. Eaton wrote entitled The Ultimate Dolls House Book. The house was purchased at auction.
