Woman’s stomacher of ivory silk satin, triangular, with a shaped, rounded point at the bottom. It is embroidered in satin stitch with red, pink and green silk floss and twist, and silver filé in a symmetrical floral motif. The edges are bound with a narrow silver-filé woven lace. The stomacher was probably cut from a larger embroidery.
