Cream toque set within a deep vertical brim, which is slightly higher at the back. It is trimmed with a mount of clipped white ostrich feathers. The straw base and wired outer brim are covered with cream chiffon arranged in swathes of deep tucks.
It is lined with cream silk and at the back is a strip of cream velvet through which a thin ribbon is passed to gather in the circumference of the hat.
