Evening cloak in honey-gold silk velvet with smocking around the shoulders, lined in silk charmeuse in the same shade. Large fur collar in brown mink.

Object history note

This cloak originally had a matching evening dress also made from the same chiffon velvet with smocking, although all that now remains of the dress is a piece of smocked velvet (see T.1599-2017).
