Maroon grosgrain bolero with cutaway curved fronts, puff sleeves pleated into shoulder, and matching ankle-length flared skirt with a high waist with a square front flap with eyelets, presumably for lacing. Neither garment is lined. The outfit was originally grey, but was redyed maroon during its period of wear.
