Physical description

Photograph mounted on a sheet of card, portrait orientation. The photograph depicts a design of grotesque ornament for panel decoration, featuring two rectangular cartouches, the upper with the image of a lion in profile and the lower lettered 'LEO'. The sheet of card (obverse) is annotated in pen and ink, and marked with a dry stamp lettered 'SCIENCE & ART DEPARTMENT / NATIONAL ART LIBRARY'.
