Screen, formed of four hinged panels painted in oil colours with adaptations of 'Les Quatres Heures du Jour' by Nicolas Lancret:
Le Maten, in a garden, a woman pouring out coffee for a priest with a maid standing by; a fantastic colonnade above and a fountain below; Le Midi, a landscape with a group of figures near a fountain; L'Apres-Midi, in a garden with a tall hedge behind and a colonnade in front, a group playing backgammon, a fantastic trellis above and a dog and a dragon below; Le Soir, a group of women bathing from a boat, a blue canopy above and water falling into a shell below.
