Action figure representing a very muscular male human with dark green skin, the torso is made from made from polyethylene, the legs from PVC. A ragged pair of trousers are moulded into the figure's groin and legs, these are painted burgundy. The figure's hair is painted black, and its face wears a grimace. The arms and legs can be posed, as can the head. The right hand is moulded into a fist, into which accessories can be fitted, the left hand is more open, and has its palm face-down.

With the figure is its original packaging, consisting of a transparent plastic blister attached to a colour printed card back. On the front is printed a close-u[ of a back pocket on a pair of denim jeans and an image of the Incredible Hulk. On the reverse is a reproduction of the same image of the Hulk, and an image of Spider-Man.
