Full length evening coat-dress of bronze grosgrain. It has long sleeves gathered at the shoulders, a high collarless neckline, a tight bodice and a long flaring skirt trained from a low waisted back. It is lined with brown silk and fastens with a centre-front metal zip which runs almost down to the feet. There is additional stiffening at the centre back hips suggesting a bustle.
