Design for the set of Ko Ko's Palace in The Mikado, for a production staged at the Royal Festival Hall, London, created by Robert Bahl. The line drawn design is executed in black, it features an ornate pagoda shaped structure, rising above pillars at its centre, with angled cross sections of the same, or similar structures, at the far left and far right of the foreground. The base of the stage is formed from angled and intersecting rectangular blocks.
