The square-section legs curve at a right angle at their top where they are screwed through blocks into the full-length side rails of the table top; the legs are made up of a many layered ply which has allowed them to cut to this shape; the short rails of the table top are half-lapped to the legs and presumably tenoned into the long rails; the table top and sides of the top are covered with leather.
