Object history
Design originally used for tour Birmingham 23 December 1918, and subsequently Princes Theatre, 29 September 1919.

A revised costume for Casilda as Queen was designed by Percy Anderson and first worn by Winifred Lawson, Princes Theatre, 10 March 1924.
