Silk brocade bodice, part of a collection of costumes and parts of costumes used by Bronislava Nijinska
Physical description
Silk brocade bodice from an unidentified costume and production. The bodice has gold straps and fastens at the proper left hand side. The top of the bodice is decorated with imitation 'pearls' and ropes of pearls hang from the front and rear. The front is decorated with a bright green feather with flecks of gold. There also appear to the remains of red feathers attached to the bodice.
