Print showing Act 5, Scene 2, from King Richard II, June 4th 1800. The print features a scene in which three figures are shown in conversation. One of the figures is seated, their hands clasped together and upheld together the figure who stands at the centre, his right hand clasped over his eyes. A further figure, shown in profile, is positioned at the right hand side of the scene, he is reading from a letter which he holds in his left hand, his right hand is gesturing upwards.
