In the foreground a group of figures are gathered, four male, one female. At the centre of the group the woman stands, holding out a sheaf of papers in her right hand. Three of the men are positioned to the right of the woman, their gazes directed towards the papers she is holding out. One further man is standing behind the woman, watching the other figures in the scene.
