The front side includes a photograph of an empty set depciting the main entrance to the hotel. The reverse side includes a photograph featuring Miss Leslie Stuart as Flower Girl and Miss Evelyn D'alroy as Brenda Carlyon. A male actor is shown giving D'alroy a bouquet of flowers.
