Physical description
The print features an exterior view of The Duke's Theatre in Dorset Gardens from the water. The print depicts in the foreground a small sailboat with passengers. In the background, the theatre has a barrier wall and steps leading down to the water. The building itself is multi-storyed with small square windows on either side and taller windows in the centre. There is geometrical carving detail along the top edge of the builiding and railing for a roof terrace.
