Chemise dress of crushed velvet and plain silk with long sleeves. Black crushed velvet with black silk ruffles edging the hem, large Peter Pan collar, and turned back cuffs. Collar and cuffs also accented with wide black silk rouleau. Zip down the front. Black satin ribbon to be tied in a bow at the collar. Rounded square buttons fastening cuffs, cufflink-style.
