Gold bulak of a crescent-shaped form with a short u-shaped loop for the right nostril. The piece has a gold sheet at the back onto which is applied patterns of granulation and wirework with a pale blue enamel crescent with irregular gold spots under a tear-drop shape filled with dark blue enamel.
