A gold nose ornament with un undulating gold hook fused to the top of the decorative part which has an oval setting for a red glass stone with a cone-shaped gold back above four coils of gold wire and a granulated gold ring which rests above a multi-lobed 'baroque' pearl threaded onto silver wire with a small granulated ring below and an octahedron terminal.
