These platforms ‘Drew’ sling-back peep toe shoes are encrusted with Swarovski diamante in the Union Jack design. These shoes were made in Londo as a limited edition to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee and the London Olympics in 2012. The British luxury shoe brand Gina was established in 1954 by Cypriot-born Mehmet Kurdash and has been producing high end shoes in London ever since. The family-run company relocated their operations in 2011 to a new 40,000 square feet state-of-the-art unit in North London. The brand is named after the Italian actress Gina Lollobrigida, whose sensual allure and glamour the shoes strove to emulate. Gina shoes are a favourite of royalty, Hollywood celebrities, singers and actresses.
