Bottle form with deeply cratered rust-coloured surface. Stoneware, thrown and altered on the wheel. Reactive slip and multiple glazes applied. Reduction fired in a gas kiln at 1260 C, and then partially sandblasted. (Details supplied by the artist in a letter of 3/3/2006, see RF 2004/629).
