Physical description

Political poster depicting David Lloyd George holding a huge scroll reading 'The Poor Man's Budget'. He is advancing with an eager bulldog (representing John Bull) towards a wolf with the caption 'House of Lords' across its chest. The wolf is standing, with teeth exposed and a crown on its head, over the body of a working man who lies face down in plain clothes on the left. The caption reads 'Go for him! John. No help for the poor man till that wolf is out of the way'. Lettered bottom right with the name and address of the printer and publisher.
