Computer-driven kinetic sound sculpture : silicon forms, optical lenses and sandblasted plastic.

Hand bound, screen printed, with optical lenses and self-generating light-source activated by opening the page.

The work is in an edition of 65. Both the sandblasted drawing on the case and the sculptural Environment are signed by the artist. The latter is also numbered on the back. The housing is made from a flat vinyl die-cut box with two handmade buckram cloth-covered boxes attached to it. An exterior window contains images printed on acetate and a reflective lens, while an interior window contains a translucent acrylic panel with a sandblasted drawing. The videotape, produced by Stephen DeVita, documents the Airplayer X installation.

To activate sculpture, remove foam covering from switch and press button (90 second cycle).
