Hand coloured print of an original drawing by the artist Pamela Coleman Smith (1877-1925) showing the actress Dame Ellen Terry (1847-1928) as Queen Katherine in Henry VIII by William Shakespeare. Terry first appeared as Queen Katherine in a production of Henry VIII staged at the Lyceum Theatre in 1892, however an inscription at the base of the image indicates that it depicts her appearance in a later production staged at Stratford Upon Avon in 1902.
